For those of you unable to attend our interest meeting on October 20th, please find all the forms below. Note the dates for many of these are BEFORE our season officially starts on November 9th!!! Printed copies of these forms can be found in Mrs. Summy's Room #212 in the History hall.
Swimmers, this year we have decided to forego the $10 snack fee and implement a $55 registration fee instead which will provide you with 1) a t-shirt, 2) swim cap and 3) team suit (suits alone normally run $60+!) You have the opportunity through fundraising to pay a discounted fee of $25… read on to find out how!
Bring in a corporate sponsor(s) of at least $100 (by the Oct. 30th deadline – see details below and form attached) -OR-
Work the Nov. 6th game selling kettle corn (5:45 pm until they’re sold out). We will need at least 10 swimmers! Sign up by replying to Lee via email. -OR-
Sell 5+ pairs of custom BHS elite socks ($15 per pair – Oct. 30th deadline. See separate flyer)
Work the Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night fundraiser on November 12th from 4-8 pm. We will need at least 10 swimmers there to greet guests, open doors, refill drinks and represent the team.
In addition, EVERYONE needs to spread the word to friends and family about all this Spirit Night fundraiser – we’ll earn a portion of every purchase that day between 4-8 pm at the Wards Road location when customers mention BHS swimming. More details will be coming as well as a flyer to hand out… Please consider taking advantage of these opportunities to lower your registration fee AND help out our team! The funds that we raise will give us the ability to offer this discounted registration fee plus extra money for equipment, our Christmas party and banquet.
